Before transitioning into commercial real estate, Brett built a thriving residential business, closing more than 100 home sales in just four years. His hands-on experience with investment properties, renovations, and deal structuring laid the foundation for his expertise in evaluating commercial assets and maximizing returns for his clients.

A graduate of the University of Kentucky, Brett earned dual degrees in Accounting and Finance while competing as a student-athlete on the Wildcats football team for five seasons (2016-2020). The lessons he learned through years of teamwork, preparation, and competition continue to shape his approach to business.
